Upon installation, your closed circuit television is carefully adjusted to operate at the best possible performance level. Every installation comes with a 2 year on-site warranty parts and labour guarantee. With the passage of time however, you must expect that the operation of your equipment will be effected by age and environmental changes.

To minimise the need for emergency repairs and the impact of sudden breakdown of your security cover, the company offers a range of preventative and corrective maintenance plans.

Whether your system was originally supplied by Autoeye UK or not, you can be sure that we will give you the best possible continuous service throughout an extended, economic product life.

Corrective maintenance provides urgent attention and the provision of loan equipment to bring your system back into operation in case of breakdown.

The service is normally provided from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Items beyond economic repair, damaged by lightning, mains surges, flooding, third party interference or vandalism are not covered.

Our engineer will diagnose the fault, repair it on site where possible, or if available, we will provide a temporary loan product while we repair your equipment in our workshops.

After repair, your equipment will be swiftly re-commissioned.

If pan and tilt mechanism or zoom lenses are removed for repair, a temporary loan item may be a static camera of a fixed focal length lens only.
